At Casual-gold.com, we would like what we deliver to our customers to be 100% satisfactory. If it isn’t, don’t worry! When you buy an item from Casual-gold.com, you always have a minimum of 14 days from receipt to cancel your purchase and we also give the money back. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

If the time has run out and the 14 days have passed, but the item is still unused and in new condition, and you have regretted your purchase, please contact our customer service and we will definitely find a solution that makes you happy.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you will regret your purchase. You can send an email to info@casual-gold.com.

You cannot undo the purchase by refusing receipt of the item without notifying us at the same time.

Undoing part of the purchase

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items even if they were purchased in one order. 

Please note that you will not receive a refund of the shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.


Once you have notified us that you will regret your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

You have to pay for the package to be returned, and you are liable if an injury occurs during transport.

No right of withdrawal

These appointments cannot be undone:


  • Delivery of goods that have been manufactured to your specifications or have a distinct personal touch

The condition of the item when you return it

If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a different way than what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and way of the item’s operation, you can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it can mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.

We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may result in an impairment of the item.



Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you’ll get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different mode of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we have received your notification that you will cancel the agreement.

We will refund the money with the same means of payment that you used in the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation to have returned it.
